Select All

  • Check this box to quickly select all the markets in the table.

Select Markets

  • To select the markets you want to include in your analysis, check the boxes next to the market name. Rows highlighted in gray indicate you have selected the market.

Scroll Through Table Data

  • Click the page numbers or click the arrow ( > ) to view all the markets where the primary originated a loan.

Year

  • Use the drop down to pull the primary’s loan origination data from prior years.

Export Feature

  • Export this table in four different formats (Excel, PDF, CSV, RTF*). *RTF (Real Text File) exports the table to Microsoft Word.

Analyze

  • Once you have made your market selections, click the “Analyze” button to generate your mortgage report.

Market’s Total Volume

  • Displays the total dollar amount of loans (in thousands) originated by all financial institutions (i.e., banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, CUSOs, etc.) in that market.

Primary’s Volume In Market

  • Displays the total dollar amount of loans (in thousands) originated by your selected primary in that market.

Rank By # Of Applications

  • Your primary’s ranking relative to all other financial institutions in that market in terms of the number of loan applications received.

Rank By # Originated

  • Your primary’s ranking relative to all other financial institutions in that market in terms of the number of loans funded.

Rank By $ Originated

  • Your primary’s ranking relative to all other financial institutions in that market in terms of the total dollar amount of loans funded.

Your Primary

  • The institution you selected to be your primary point of comparison. You may click here to change your primary.

What Is In This Table?

  • This table shows all of the counties, MSAs & states where your selected primary has originated a loan.
